My Journey Into Self Publishing

Still in the writing process. 120,000 words and counting. There is still a bit to tell, maybe another 10,000 words. My goal is to finish the first draft by the first week of November.

Then come the rewrites. My research tells me that two rewrites are the way to go.

I hope by January 1, 2012 to make my epic fantasy adventure available on Amazon and B&N.

It's a bit disconcerting that not a single person has even stumbled on this blog. Although I'm not actively promoting it yet, I would have thought at least a few people would chance across it by now. However, at this point, it is acting only as a diary.

I wish I could say, See you later, but there is no one to say it to.

My Journey Into Self Publishing (Part 3)

Not much to report this week. I'm still plugging away at the novel. 113,000 words and coming down the straightaway to the finish line.

The book trailer is complete and will be posted in the near future. I actually had more fun making the trailer than I do writing the book. Writing just doesn't come easy for me.

Anyway, this blog is still considered "under construction". I'm waiting to get closer to the end of the novel before I post the cover art, book trailer, and additional info. No use in putting all that up if I don't have a product, right?
